About me

Hello,

I’m Eden. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I offer weekly lower cost sessions in Bristol for adults.

My fee is currently £25 per 50 minutes for weekly face to face therapy. I work from The Practice Rooms in Westbury-on-trym. I currently have availability on Wednesday afternoons.

I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you are free to explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that have brought you here. My approach is warm, curious, and rooted in respect for your unique journey.

I believe in the transformative power of psychotherapy and the potential we all have to grow into our most authentic selves.

Previously, I have worked in therapeutic arts practice in hospitals, where I developed a deep appreciation for connecting with people through creativity.

As part of my training, I have worked as a therapist with the Swan Project, offering support to those navigating the challenges of addiction.

My integrative approach means I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to tailor our work to your needs, helping to explore and make sense of difficult emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behaviour.

Together, we’ll reflect on how past experiences influence your present, gently cultivating self-awareness and fostering meaningful change. Grounded in empathy and honesty, I aim to help you uncover your inner wisdom and nurture a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to consider this journey. Whatever you’re facing right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
