How it works

If you’re interested in starting therapy, please get in touch to arrange an initial session.

Initial Session

Our first meeting is a 50-minute consultation. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to explore what it might be like to work together. You can use this time to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit for you.

Continuing Therapy

If it feels right to continue, we can agree to work together on an ongoing basis. Psychotherapy is usually open-ended, meaning there isn’t a fixed number of sessions. Together, we’ll explore and make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
